Where the brief changes
Site duty, charging room layout and aisle width change which electric forklift battery tray, charger and maintenance notes belong on the RFQ. These cards are application prompts, not a finished fleet audit. Rated capacity at a stated load center still belongs on the same brief as tray mass, because a lighter pack can fail a stability check even when amp-hour looks adequate.
Charging room
Record three-phase supply, ventilation and watering or BMS interface before a charger is added to the same quote.
Cold storage
Name compartment temperature and duty cycle so capacity derate is discussed on the factory sheet, not after delivery.
Mixed mast fleet
List fork length, free lift and tray envelope when one warehouse mixes reach trucks and counterbalance units.
