electric forklift battery charger

An electric forklift battery charger request is useful only when voltage, phase, frequency and connector family sit on the same line as the tray. Electric Forklift Battery Sourcing writes that pairing so factories can quote charger and battery as named items, or as a stated exclusion.

Warehouse procurement managers often receive a charger price that assumes 480 V three-phase supply while the battery room still has 208 V. That mismatch is a specification problem, not a discount. We ask each factory to keep equipment, freight and room work in separate columns so a cheaper charger line is not hiding missing ventilation or a different connector. A 36 V tray and a 48 V charger cannot share one quantity line. Opportunity-charge profiles also stay unconfirmed until the factory names the current and the recommended cable size.

Documents we ask factories to attach after a match include a charger nameplate sheet, input current, recommended cable size and any opportunity-charge profile they publish. Those files belong to the named supplier. This desk does not issue electrical certificates and does not commission rooms.

Buyer inputs

List tray voltage, amp-hour rating, connector, quantity and destination. Add charger voltage, phase and frequency when a charger must be priced. State whether pit work, room ventilation and commissioning stay with the buyer. Optional budget may use a currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis. Premium, mid-range or budget-friendly is a buyer preference, not a verified factory grade. If the truck family also needs lift height, load center or aisle width, put those units on the same brief so the charger is not quoted for the wrong tray envelope.

Sourcing desk

We restated those units into one brief, asked more than one factory for the same exclusions, and flagged replies that mixed charger, tray and freight. We do not claim a live shortlist on Thomas or any other directory. Opening a public supplier search is not a submitted RFQ through this site.

Factory documents

Named factories remain responsible for capacity sheets, charger drawings, UN38.3 or SDS files they already hold, and for saying whether installation is included. This desk compares those attachments. It does not rewrite them as our certificates.
