The form may receive name, work email, optional phone, company and a procurement requirement. Optional product, budget and supplier preference values are merged into the requirement field at submit when JavaScript runs. They do not add backend field names.

Retention

Retention follows the live endpoint operator when that endpoint is connected. Until then, submissions remain subject to the hosting environment configured for /service/feedback.act.
