Procurement desk reviewing forklift battery specification sheets

Independent sourcing desk

Electric Forklift Battery Sourcing

This desk exists to turn an electric forklift battery requirement into a brief factories can answer on the same units. We are not a cell plant, not a factory sales office and not a stockist. Public supplier directories show one way to search and shortlist; using those pages is not a live capability of this website.

What the desk does

We ask buyers for rated capacity at a stated load center, battery voltage, amp-hour rating, tray size, quantity and destination. We then ask factories to quote those axes and to name exclusions for freight, charger and room work. Comparison is on total procurement scope, not a headline tray price. If two replies differ only because one omitted a charger or a UN38.3 file, we send the shorter reply back instead of treating it as a market win.

What stays outside

We do not publish founding years, plant counts or inspected-factory lists. Certificates, UN38.3 files and SDS sheets remain with the named supplier after a match. If a reply mixes equipment and installation, we send it back rather than inventing a savings percentage.

Working rules

Same units

kg or lb at a stated load center, Ah, V and mm tray size stay on every comparable line.

Named exclusions

Freight, charger, watering kit and commissioning appear only when the RFQ asks for them.

Buyer preference

Premium, mid-range or budget-friendly describes cost and service appetite, not a rating we verified.

No borrowed claims

Competitor discounts and directory case studies stay in research notes. They are not this desk's results.

Send the next brief

Use the form when voltage, amp-hour rating, tray mass, quantity and destination are ready enough to compare. Drawings can follow by email after a match. No existing quotation is required. This desk will not invent a factory tour, a founding year or a savings percentage to fill the brief.
